Eligible UK orders of £59.99 or more qualify for free standard UK shipping when that option is offered at checkout. The threshold applies to the order value used by checkout to calculate shipping. Free UK shipping does not apply to international deliveries.
Dispatch and tracking
We normally dispatch from the United Kingdom. You will receive a dispatch notification; tracking details will be provided when the service includes tracking. Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier disruption and customs processing can affect arrival times. If your order has not arrived within the applicable delivery period, email info@southpawofficial.com so we can investigate in line with your legal rights.
Preorders
A preorder item's expected dispatch timing is stated on its product page and may change if production or delivery to us is delayed. We will contact affected customers if a material delay occurs. An order containing both preorder and in-stock items may be dispatched together; contact us if you need separate deliveries. We will tell you about any additional charge before you agree to it.
International delivery
International shipping charges are shown at checkout where a service is available. Unless checkout expressly states that import duties and taxes are included, the recipient may have to pay import duties, taxes or handling charges in the destination country. Customs processing can affect delivery times. We declare parcel contents and value accurately and cannot mark a purchase as a gift or undervalue it. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, email us before ordering.
