We’re sorry the delivery took longer than expected. Your order was dispatched from the UK immediately after purchase, however it was temporarily held in Italian customs. While this is rare, international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs authorities, and unfortunately that process is entirely outside of our control.
As soon as you contacted us, we provided the tracking information, contacted the carrier to locate the parcel, and kept you updated until it was released. Even though the delay wasn’t caused by us, we still offered a discount on your next order because your experience matters to us.
Regarding the overall cost — the 3-Pair Elite Bundle is priced to offer strong value for the product itself. However, international import taxes and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are not charges set by Southpaw.
We’re a UK-based company and currently ship from the UK, this raises the shipping cost to international regions. These prices sadly are not set by us. As we continue to grow, we’re actively working toward expanding fulfilment into additional regions to reduce shipping times/costs and eliminate customs complications for our international customers.
